THREE STEPS TO SLOW SMOKED BBQ FOR YOUR PRIVATE EVENT!

PICK YOUR EXPERIENCE, MEAL PACKAGE, MEATS AND SIDES?

​*EXPERIENCES ARE - SMOKER ONSITE WITH BUFFET - SERVICE FROM THE FOOD TRUCK - DROP OFF*

Packages are priced per person. No hidden set up or travel fees, only NH food tax of 8.5%. For smoker onsite I need space for my large smoker. You supply the tents if the buffet station will not be inside. I bring my own tables and black table cloths. Buffet line is self serve.

If you choose the food truck experience I need room for a 20ft trailer and truck to get in and out without problem. Two hours of window service. Some condiments are self serve outside the truck. With this option I can do smash burgers and fries.

Drop off is $4 per person cheaper. I set you up and leave. Have tables ready for me where you would like the food and I bring the rest. I supply the paper plates, napkins and utensils for all my options.

* Sandwich special - Comes with pulled pork, pulled chicken and italian sausage with onions and peppers. Bread and your choice of three sides  $28.00

* The 603 taco bar - Comes with pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket + a taco bar that includes pico de gallo, guacamole, chipotle mayo, hot sauce, jalapenos, sauté onions and peppers + flour tortillas. Your choice of two sides  $30.00

* The grilled and smoked feast - Pick two smoked meats + steak tips and italian sausage with onions and peppers. Your choice of two sides  $30.00

* BBQ Mex fusion - Comes with brisket fajitas with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and flour tortillas, pulled pork enchiladas and ribs. Your choice of two sides  $30.00

* The BBQ King - Pick two smoked meats + grilled rib-eye steaks and grilled marinated shrimp. Your choice of two sides  $34.00

* The meat platter - Brisket, ribs, pulled pork and pulled chicken.  All my smoked meats with your choice of three sides.  A feast!  $34.00

*MEATS AND SIDES*

Meats: brisket, pulled pork, ribs, pulled chicken, sausage with onion & pepper, grilled marinated steak tips, grilled marinated chicken, wings (buffalo, jerk, honey BBQ and cajun lime)

Sides: potato egg salad, curried sweet potato salad, coleslaw, southern pineapple slaw, pesto pasta salad, BBQ beans, macaroni & cheese, zucchini & squash , salad with dressing (ask about the different salad options)
