Everything is homemade! The winter menu runs September thru April. This is drop off service only. I will supply paper plates, napkins and utensils. It will come with chafing racks, sterno cans and platters for you to keep. I need tables ready for me to set up the buffet upon my arrival. Full service can be included for weddings with extra fees. There is a 35 person minimum for all winter menu parties.
