   My name is Joshua Hilyard. With my wife Amanda we specialize in slow smoked BBQ catering. I do onsite cooking and drop-off. I cater all parties including corporate, graduation's, wedding's, birthday's and family reunions.

   I do all the cooking so you can enjoy your guests. I serve buffet style under tents you provide. I also can serve out of a food trailer. Its all smoked and grilled meats with the sides. I also do pig roasts. I'm open year around. Everything I make is homemade from my BBQ sauces to my sides.
